Utzon Oxford Snaffle Bridle
Utzon Equestrian are an exciting Danish company making exquisite bridlework with the comfort and freedom of movement of the horse at the forefront of their designs. Utzon bridles are anatomically designed to avoid peak pressure locations under the noseband, near the cheekbones and headpiece. Anatomically shaped bridles are associated with more uniform pressure and increased carpal and tarsal flexion compared with a standard bridle (Journal of Equine Veterinary Science 35 (2015) 947–955).
The Utzon Oxford snaffle bridle has a uniquely shaped and generously padded noseband, that is wider across the front of the nose and tapers in on the sides, for optimal comfort and pressure relief on the teeth and the nasal bone.
In addition, the headpiece is padded and anatomically shaped for optimal pressure relief.
The bridle comes with carabiners on the cheek pieces to make bit changes easy and decorative signature Utzon Equestrian stitching on the noseband, headpiece and reins.
